Beam Setting Ceremony ‘Tops’ Stage of Duquesne Construction Project
The final steel beam will be set atop the Duquesne University multi-purpose recreation and retail center being built on Forbes Avenue. A short beam signing ceremony with President Charles J. Dougherty will mark the completion of this stage of construction in the multi-phase project.Afterward, refreshments will be served on the first floor of the building under construction.
