NOTE:

  • If you indend to apply for the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Autism Endorsement Certificate, it is optimal that you enter this program of study with your PDE Instructional I Certification
  • Some students in this program intent to work in a clinical setting outside of the PDE school system - in this case the PDE Instructional I Certification is not needed for program entry
  • This program is for Endorsement Only - the Endorsement Only track is for students who do not need to complete the full master's degree to be recommended for Pennsylvania Endorsement, and is based on the recommendation of the Program Director
  • If you do plan on applying for the Endorsement Only track, please select the "Autism Endorsement Non-Degree" option on the Admissions Application
  • Please note that if you enroll in six credits or more per semester, you will still be eligible for the 25% scholarship, but will not be eligible for any federal loans because this is a non-degree track
