Security Access
If access is required to an academic building during evening hours, weekends, or holidays, an official written request must be submitted to James Caputo, Director of Public Safety.
A
memo from your advisor/supervisor must be mailed or faxed (396-5963) to
Public Safety including:
- Name of individual
requesting access - Social Security Number
- 16 digit number
(Found on front of DU Card) - Approximate times access
will be required - Reason for access
- When access is to expire
