Learning Students
Distance Learners
are not only entitled to a DU Card, but will also need one in order to
access certain online services. Distance Learners can obtain a DU Card
in several ways provided they are registered for the most current academic
semester:
- Visit our office
during regular office hours.
(We highly recommend this option)
- Submit an email
request
- Submit a fax
request
Visiting
the DU Card Center
If you wish to obtain
your DU Card by visiting our office, we are located in Room 203 of the
Student Union near the bookstore. Normal office hours are MOnday through
Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please call for extended hours at (412)396-6191.
Submitting
an Email Request
If you are unable to visit our office during our operating hours or if
you are out of state, we can mail you your DU Card via US mail. Email
requests can be sent to ducard@duq.edu
and must contain the following information:
- Please indicate
that you are a distance learner requesting a DU Card.
- Full name
- Complete mailing
address.
- Last four digits
of you social security number (for registration verification).
- Program or
major.
Submitting
a Fax Request
If you are unable to visit our office during our operating hours or if
you are out of state, we can mail you your DU Card via US mail. Requests
can be faxed to (412) 396-4736 and must include the following information:
- Please indicate
that you are a distance learner requesting a DU Card.
- Full name
- Complete mailing
address.
- Last four digits
of you social security number (for registration verification).
- Program or
major.
