Lenny works for the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) on programs that build technological and leadership capacity for public schools. He is focused on developing strategies and providing resources for schools to be effective in preparing students with critical skills for the 21st Century workforce. Lenny has held positions within PDE that focused on the establishment of statewide educational partnerships with business and industry, trade/manufacturing associations, workforce development entities, governmental agencies, and corporations. Lenny has industry experience, working as the Human Resource Development Specialist for AMP Incorporated (now part of Tyco Electronics), specializing in curriculum development for engineering, manufacturing, and computer skills training. He currently serves at the national level as Pennsylvania's representative for the State Educational Technology Director's Association (SETDA).
