Doing what he loves
Paris native Charles Fruitiere, 2011, influences investors around the world in his role as research analyst at the CDP London office. "I landed the job I wanted and where I wanted."
Charles' mission is to change investor focus by considering criteria beyond financial ratios. "I explain how investors can use CDP data and incorporate it into decision making processes."
He volunteered with UNICEF to "design strategies for investment" after graduation. Joining CDP allowed Charles to enter a field he enjoyed-socially responsible investments. "I'm very happy to be part of an organization that has a beautiful goal."
In his MBA projects, Charles evaluated the suitability of GRI reporting guidelines for UPMC health care systems and collaborated with Westinghouse Nuclear to assess the displacement of greenhouse gas emissions.
Prior to attending Duquesne, Charles earned an M.S. in finance at the BEM Management School in Bordeaux, did an exchange program at Xavier University in Cincinnati and worked as a corporate finance consultant..
I'm helping to lead the change toward a more sustainable economy.
