Seniors win Outstanding Scholarship Award at the Undergraduate Research and Scholarship SymposiumStephanie Malone, senior accounting major, and Johnna Premich, senior marketing and international business major, won the Outstanding Scholarship Award at the Undergraduate Research and Scholarship Symposium on April 11, 2012 for their poster presentation "Two research assistants' reflections on a team newcomer study."

This study, focused on team productivity, is part of ongoing research being conducted by Professor Aimee Kane, who also served as the students' faculty advisor.

It is great achievement as there were a record number of undergraduate students researchers presenting a total of 85 projects in this years symposium.

Johnna and Stephanie created a beautiful poster detailing the theory, procedure, preliminary results, and reflected on what they learned about themselves and others in the process of collecting the data.
