European Society and Culture Courses
Specially designed for music performance majors, instrumentalists and vocalists, the IES Vienna Music Program at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna offers music history, music theory, and performance studies.

Fall Semester: late August - late December
Spring Semester: mid-January – late June
Housing and Board
Students are able to choose from among independent apartments, homestays and residence hall living.
Services Provided
IES provides a variety of services:
- An IES Resident Director is on-site to provide support to all students.
- Mandatory orientation program upon arrival in Austria.
- Field trips and cultural events.
- Coordinate volunteer opportunities throughout the city.
- Internships for education and business majors.
