Dining and Catering at Duquesne University

Make arrangements for all of your meals to be served on campus through our competitvely priced meal plans and catering services. Meal plans allow guests to dining in one of our dining locations.  If you are looking for a more intimate meal setting, On the Bluff Catering will work with you to create a menu that fits your event style and budget

On-Campus Dining Options

There are several dining locations on campus
  • Cafeteria style dining
  • Jamba Juice is a health food and drink bar specializing in energizing smoothies, juices and snacks that taste great and are good for you.
  • Located on the lower level of the Power Center.Duquesne University's only on campus restaurant, The Red Ring, offers guests a unique atmosphere grounded in Duquesne University's rich tradition. Located on the lower level of the Power Center, the restaurant offers a full service bar and kitchen.
  • A full service Starbucks is located on the 2nd Floor of the Duquesne Union. Relax over a cup of coffee while browsing the Internet.

On the Bluff Catering Services

Duquesne University's exclusive catering company, On the Bluff Catering, has the experience and expertise to make your event special. Services can be customized to meet your needs and expectations.

From breakfast buffets to mid-day breaks, sit-down lunches and exquisite dinner options, On the Bluff Catering will accommodate your every need.

It is recommended to contact the caterer at least 4-6 weeks prior to your event.  An estimated guest count is required 10 business days in advance of your event. A final guarantee is required 3 business days in advance of your event.

Basic linens are included with your meal service. Specialty linens may be ordered for an additional charge. Linens for additional event tables (panel discussions, information / vendor tables, event registration, classroom style seating, etc.) are an additional cost and should be ordered at least 1 week prior to your event.
