Amy Criniti Phillips, M.A.
Instructional Consultant for TAs
Amy Criniti Phillips received her B.A. in English from Wheeling Jesuit University (2002) and her M.A. in English from Duquesne University (2004). From 2002-2004, she served as Editorial Assistant for The Variorum Edition of the Poetry of John Donne and Assistant Editor to the Annual Bulletin of Milton Society of America, and from 2004-2009, she served as a teaching assistant in the English Department. She is currently working on her dissertation, which centers on the narrative strategies of 19th century British women writers who engage in the process of revision.
This position helps prepare graduate students to provide campus wide leadership in teaching and learning. Indeed, the previous CTE TA, Amanda McKendree, started her new position as Assistant Director of the Kaneb Center for Teaching and Learning at the University of Notre Dame in August 2009.
