Calendaring - Upgrading to Meetingmaker 8.5

Please choose the option that best applies to you:

Upgrading to MeetingMaker 8.5 with Palm Pilot

  1. Put a check in install meetingmaker conduits for the Palm Device.
  2. Make sure all MeetingMaker Applications are closed.
  3. Click here to download the client for Windows or MacOS
  4. Click on Open.
  5. Double click on MeetingMaker Client.
  6. Go to view and choose details.
  7. Click on the setup with application beside it.
  8. Put a check in install meetingmaker conduits for the Palm Device and install MeetingMaker.
  9. Put a check in install the Date Book Conduit.
  10. Click Next
  11. When an option appears at Local Data Options, Choose to Delete (or Move) Local MeetingMaker Data.
  12. Click Ok.
  13. Click on Finish.
  14. Log into MeetingMaker as usual. Your user name and password are the same.

Upgrading to MeetingMaker 8.5 (Windows)

  1. Make sure all MeetingMaker Applications are closed.
  2. Click here to download the client for Windows
  3. Click on Open
  4. Double click on MMwin853 folder. (Image may vary depending on version of Windows used.)
  5. Go to view and click details.
  6. Click on the Setup file with "application" beside it. (After clicking the program setup, do not click the red X on this window. It must remain open in the background to allow the installation to occur correctly.)
  7. Click on Next.
  8. Click on next again.
  9. When an option appears at Local Data Options, Choose to Delete (or Move) Local MeetingMaker Data.
  10. Click on Finish.
  11. Log into MeetingMaker as usual. Your user name and password are the same.

Upgrading to MeetingMaker 8.5 (Macintosh)

  1. Make sure all MeetingMaker Applications are closed.
  2. Click here to download the client for MacOS
  3. Open the MeetingMaker Client folder
  4. Click on Launch Installer.
  5. Click Continue
  6. Click on Install
  7. To install you must provide a password (if you do not use a password to log into your Mac leave the password blank)
  8. It will ask you if you would like to move your local date > Choose NO.
  9. Log into MeetingMaker as usual. Your user name and password are the same.
