VerdictSearch
http://www.verdictsearch.com/
Verdict Search is a product of ALM, the same group which publishes legal media sites such as Law.com. Although it is a fee-based resource, Verdict Search does offer free samples and a table of “Largest Pennsylvania Jury verdicts”. Samples include case reports. For instance, if you click the “Browse Sample Cases” navigational link at the top of the page, you’ll find a case. The recent case posted included premises liability, when an unlicensed electrician’s power cord was involved in a tripping accident. The Dallas, TX case included the amount awarded in the verdict, $470,429.00. Likewise, visitors can browse the directory and scroll to “Pennsylvania Cases”. The largest PA Verdicts feature includes a table of the verdict amount, as well case venue, and date. The verdicts listed begin with January of the current year. |
