Hazard Communication Program: Employee Right to Know
The Hazard Communication program is a system of identifying and communicating the hazards associated with a particular chemical to its users and others in the area of its use.

Pet Policy
"The keeping of, encouraging of, and allowing of animals, other than bona fide assistance animals and animals used for education and research purposes, in University buildings is prohibited for safety and health reasons. Tying, chaining or otherwise restraining animals inside or outside buildings is prohibited."

Waste Minimization Plan
Campus Waste Minimization Plan
The scope of the WM Plan covers all individuals that are generating any waste at Duquesne University, whether the waste is hazardous, non-hazardous, biological, or radioactive. This plan focuses on the more efficient use of materials, waste reduction and responsible disposal of generated waste.
Environmental Health
Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures
The Spill Prevention, Control & Countermeasures Plan outlines preventative measures and response procedures in the event of a spill of an oil-based material. For a copy, see the EH&S Coordinator or visit the EH&S Blackboard Site.
Stormwater Management Plan
The purpose of the Stormwater Management Plan is to identify areas of concern on campus susceptible to stormwater damage, outline preventative actions taken to minimize risks and to provide minimum control measures.
