Nomination Form

Membership Criteria

Nominations will be reviewed annually by the Athletics Department. Candidates must be
alumni of the University who meet the following criteria:

Have been enrolled for at least one full year in one of Duquesne’s schools
Competed for at least one full season in a sport at Duquesne University
Completed their career at the University a minimum of five years before their time of nomination (prior to 2003).

In addition to athletes, the selection committee will also consider nominees who have made significant contributions to the Athletics Department in non-playing capacities.

Deadline for nominations is August 8, 2008.
