Second Degree and Post Baccalaureate Students
Health Management Systems Applicants:
- U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents (Green Card holders)
Complete the domestic on-line application form. - International applicants (do not hold US citizenship or Permanent Residency)
Complete the international on-line application form.
Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology
Applications to the Physical Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology graduate programs must be submitted on-line through a centralized application service.

Due to capacity constraints we are not accepting transfer or second-degree applications to the PA program. Any student with more than 12 post-secondary credits is considered a transfer student.
