Application Checklist:

An undergraduate degree in a health-related field is preferred but not required

Official transcripts of all previous college work.

Two letters of recommendation. There is no form for recommendation letters, and they can be from any two sources.

All applicants must submit a typed, double-spaced essay. Competitive essays demonstrate an awareness of the field and are usually a maximum of three pages in length. Write about this topic: What are your career goals and how would the program to which you are applying assist you in achieving those goals?

The application form must be completed and submitted electronically.
Transcripts should be requested from the school's Registrars Office and sent directly to the address listed below. Essays and letters of recommendation can be submitted by mail to the address listed below, can be sent by fax (412-396-5554) or can be sent by email (hilfc@duq.edu).
