Intellectual Property / Patent and Trade Secret Law

Course Description:

This course examines schemes for protecting, perfecting, and exploiting rights in ideas, discoveries, and inventions through the application of federal patent and state trade secret law, as well as employment agreements, secrecy agreements and technology transfer agreements.  (2 credits)
