The conference is open to all members of the Duquesne University community, free of charge. However, registration is required. Please fill out this form and note your DU affiliation in the "For Our Information." If you opt for any boxed lunches, please note that payment will be expected.

¹ If you are a school teacher interested in bringing a class to the symposium, please register for yourself only and contact us at 412-396-1330 or makingsense@duq.edu to determine further space availability.

² The CLE application for this program is pending. Attorneys wishing to obtain credits may register either at the CLE rate or at the General Public rate, and remit payment for the difference in registration fees upon announcement of the credit hours.

³ Student fees are for non-Duquesne University students only. Duquesne students may register for the conference free of charge (see above). High school students may also attend free of charge, but should coordinate their registration through a teacher.

Lunch

Because dining venues on and around campus are limited on weekends, the Wecht Institute will order boxed lunches for all conference attendees who so desire. Lunches consist of a sandwich, pasta salad, cheese & crackers, fresh fruit, cookies and soda.

Notices and Restrictions

The Wecht Institute and the Law School reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or modify their program because of an insufficient number of registrants or other unforeseen circumstances. Registration cancellations must be received in writing on or before Sept. 23, 2008, and are subject to a $25 processing fee. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances after Sept. 23, 2008.
