Temporary Parking

Temporary parking permits can be purchased for short-term needs. They can be obtained at the Parking Office. If you don’t have a valid permit, park in the Forbes Garage and come to the office to purchase a permit.

Overnight guests of students may purchase a temporary permit if the student and guest complete a joint application for the temporary permit at the Parking Office and present a completed Guest Registry Form issued by the Office of Residence Life.

Move-In Days

Parking and public safety officers coordinate curb-side drop off at the dorms during move-in and move-out days at the beginning and end of semesters. They will be available to provide short-term parking passes and facilitate traffic flow. 

If you need a short-term parking pass for curbside loading and unloading at any other time, please call the Parking Office at 412.396.5267. After hours, call the Public Safety office at 412.396.4747.
