Welcome

Located on the top level of the Power Center, the ballroom features expansive, customizable event space for various sizes and types of functions.   This silver certified LEED space features a spectacular view of downtown from floor to ceiling windows and two outdoor decks.

The ballroom can be configured to accommodate large scale banquets of 450 and lectures of 800, to mid-sized gatherings, wedding receptions or intimate cocktail receptions.

The Fides Shepperson Suite is conveniently located adjacent to the ballroom and is ideal for pre-dinner receptions or other event needs.

Audio / Visual

Streamlined, extensive audio/visual equipment serves numerous event needs including panel discussions, video and Power Point presentations and live music, and is compatible with a variety of media and operating systems.

Modern "Green" Space

Classic furniture and sleek window shades add comfort and ambience to your event, while portable staging and dance floor equipment are also available.

Conference Services

Duquesne University’s campus offers a variety of services to add ease to your event planning including parking, housing and dining or additional meeting spaces through our Conference Services department.
