Office of Student Conduct

The Office of Student Conduct at Duquesne University promotes and upholds the values and principles articulated in the Expectations of a Duquesne Student and the Code of Student Rights, Responsibilities and Conduct.

In conjunction with the Office of Residence Life, the Office of Student Conduct oversees the University’s judicial system which was established to:

  • Maintain a safe campus community
  • Uphold University standards of academic and personal integrity and responsibility
  • Adjudicate instances of alleged violations of the Student Code
  • Administer the disciplinary processes and sanctions
