Request a Weekday Campus Visit

Review the list of RESTRICTED DATES before you submit your request. No campus visits will be arranged on restricted dates.

Office Hours are 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We cannot accomodate requests before or after Office Hours.
When your campus visit request is processed and complete, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail provided. Your confirmation will be sent approximately one week before your scheduled appointment date. If you have any questions regarding your visit, please email visitduquesne@duq.edu.

If you are unable to select a particular date, either no campus visits are available that day or all appointments are booked.

Weekday Guided Campus Tour (Tours include stops at a freshman residence hall, recreation center, and the Duquesne Union. Tours last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.)

Weekday Personal Meeting with an Admission Counselor (Counselor will provide a University overview, explain the admission process and academic scholarship opportunities, academic requirements, major requirements, major information, as well as answer any questions that you have. Counselor meetings last approximately 45 minutes.)

Meeting with a representative from your prospective major (Please provide one week advance notice; this meeting is seperate from your meeting with Admissions. Major representatives will discuss courses, internships, and general information related to your program of study.)

Please note: Some schools have minimum requirements to
schedule departmental meetings:

Pharmacy: SAT 1150 (Math and Reading), ACT 25, GPA 3.5.
Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Forensic Science):
SAT 1050 (Math and Reading), ACT 23, GPA 3.0
Music: Specify the instrument that you play.
Journalism: Specify if you are interested in print or broadcast.
