Weekday Campus Visits
Normal Visit Requests include:
Guided Campus Tours
- Monday - Friday at 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.
- Tours include stops at a freshman dorm room, a classroom, the Power Center, and the Duquesne Union.
- Last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Personal Appointment with an Admission Counselor
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 9:15 a.m., 10:15 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 1:15 p.m., and 2:15 p.m.
- Wednesday at 10:15 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 1:15 p.m., and 2:15 p.m.
- During this 45 minute meeting, the counselor will provide a University overview, explain the admission process and academic scholarship opportunities, as well as answer any questions that you have.
- A meeting with a counselor is recommended, but is not required for admission.
Special Requests Include:
Personal Appointment with a Representative from an Academic Department (Please give one week advance notice. Personal appointments are subject to availability.)
- Discuss courses, class sizes, internships, and degree requirements with a department representative.
- Monday - Friday (based on availability).
- The Mylan School of Pharmacy requires that students have a minimum GPA of 3.5 and SAT of 1200 (Math & Critical Reading) and/or an ACT of 26 to schedule a personal appointment.

Wednesday Evening Group Information Sessions
The following Wednesday Evening Group Information Sessions begin with a tour of campus from 4:30 p.m. - 5:45 p.m., followed by a presentation from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00. p.m.

Sessions Include:
- Presentation - An admission representative discusses the University and the admission process.
- Q&A Session
- A Guided Tour of Campus - Directed by our student assistants, the tour lasts about an hour and 15 minutes.
Personal interviews, class visits and meetings with academic representatives are not available during this time.
