- 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24/7. Call or text 988.
- PAAR HelpLine is a free, confidential and 24/7 service for anyone impacted by sexual assault, sexual violence, sexual abuse, rape, and sexual exploitation/ sex trafficking. Call 1-866-END-RAPE (1-866-363-7273)
- The Steve Fund (BIPOC) has created a special keyword, STEVE, that young people of color can text to 741741
to connect with a trained crisis counselor 24/7.
Trans LifeLine connects trans people to the community support and resources they need to survive and thrive, run by trans people for trans people. Call (877) 565-8860. - Trevor LifeLine (LGBTQIA+) is a free, 24/7 crisis line staffed with counselors who understand the challenges of LGBTQIA+ people.
- Veterans Crisis Hotline can be accessed by dialing (800) 273-8255, and then pressing 1.

Searching for mental health care can be daunting. DU students looking to connect with an off-campus therapist can search for local or telehealth providers using Thriving Campus. Thriving Campus is a therapist directory, built for college students and college counseling centers.

- Psychology Today - Find a therapist filtering by location, insurance, intervention, etc.
- United Way - Search for what type of service you need, provided by United Way Pennsylvania.
- Hope for the Day - Find the help you need, where you need it. Database for resources such as mental health providers, medical providers, housing, legal advice, food, family assistance, etc.
- SAMHSA’s National Helpline - Free, confidential, 24/7, 365-day-a-year treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders. Call 1-800-662-HELP (4357)
