Walking Alongside You to Help You Reach Your Boldest Goals

As a Center within the Division of Student Life, working in conjunction with the Division of Mission and Identity, the Center for Student Wellbeing—which includes Counseling Services, Health Services, and Recreation Services—promotes a holistic understanding of health that considers the mind, body, and spirit.

Our Center helps students respond to the stress associated with being a college student so that they can lead meaningful lives. This includes helping students address and work through psychological suffering in all of its forms, experience the therapeutic benefits of exercise, and receive treatment for biomedical health concerns through our family medicine model. An important part of our Center's vision is in acknowledging the impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had upon our students.

As a result, we developed a biopsychosocial-spiritual model that addresses our students' needs, which has led to a re-imagined understanding of "student success," and how the promotion of wellbeing is vital to retention, academic and career success, and most importantly, life satisfaction.

Join the Center for Student Wellbeing, along with the entire campus community, in healing together. The Center for Student Wellbeing has also arranged an impactful lineup of live, interactive and self-guided Wellbeing Activities, designed to nourish the whole person. The reusable activities offer a holistic approach to increase motivation, enhance self-worth and reduce anxiety, to prepare you for everyday obstacles.
