Mike Tomaro, Program Director of Jazz Studies, recently released his fifth studio album, entitled “4 Seasons.”

Recorded in January 2022 by Jay Dudt and mastered by Jesse Naus—both music technology faculty members—this album marks Tomaro’s first recording of new music released under his own name in 18 years, preceded by 2004’s “Night Owl Suite.”

Tomaro is very proud of the new album, saying, “I have enjoyed a robust career as a published composer and arranger for companies that release music geared toward educational situations, but the music on this recording is the most near and dear to my heart.”

“4 Seasons” was released on the MCG Jazz label in October 2023 and is available to download and stream at several online music retailers, including Apple Music and Amazon Music.
