During the fall semester of 2015, 1,417 first-time, full-time degree-seeking undergraduate students entered Duquesne University.

After six years (as of August 31, 2021) 1,110 (78%) of these students graduated or completed their program. (This includes students in the two-year, Pre-professional Pharmacy program who completed their program by August 31, 2018.)
