President David Dausey begins his first term with the steadfast belief that the people who shape Duquesne should have a voice in its future. President Dausey brings a collaborative leadership style centered on listening, transparency and shared purpose. The start of his presidency has been focused on expanding opportunities for students and working alongside the Duquesne community to shape the University’s next set of bigger goals, grounded in its enduring mission of serving God by serving students so that they, in turn, serve others.
