Biography

Dr. Nagaraj "Naga" Sivasubramaniam is an Associate Professor of Management at the Palumbo-Donahue School of Business. He instructs management and strategic management courses.

His recent research has focused on defining and measuring sustainability orientation, value creation and entrepreneurship in subsistence (base of the economic pyramid) markets, and examining system changes needed for a sustainable planet.

His work has been published in the Journal of Business Ethics, Leadership Quarterly, Group & Organization Management, Journal of Product Innovation Management, and others.

He is a two-time winner of The Leadership Quarterly Decennial Influential Article Award (2006, 2013) and the Duquesne University Creative Teaching Award (2003, 2014).
