As the Senior Director, Administrative Applications in CTS, Bob Goffeney provides leadership to the Administrative Applications group and is responsible for the development, maintenance and support of a comprehensive system and services portfolio, including the Banner ERP suite, CRM, housing support, data analytics and reporting, document management, the University portal and website, business process improvement and project management.
Goffeney joined Duquesne University in 2017, after previous higher education postings at the University of Michigan-Dearborn and Eastern Michigan University. Prior to his higher education positions, Goffeney provided business application development and support services to a variety of manufacturing enterprises, primarily in the automotive sector.
Goffeney holds a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in information systems and industrial management from Lawrence Institute of Technology (now Technological University), and an MBA from Oakland University. Bob is a graduate of the MOR Advanced Leadership Program, the Educause Institute Leadership program, and the Ross School of Business program in Positive Leadership.
