The School of Pharmacy will confer degrees upon more than 125 graduates during its commencement Saturday, May 20, at 10:30 a.m. at the UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse.

The ceremony also will be livestreamed.

The graduates, who have expanded their educational horizons and are now prepared for the next chapter in their careers, will receive Pharm.D degrees and bachelor’s degrees in pharmacy foundations and pharmaceutical sciences. In addition, members from the first cohort of the Online Pharm.D. Program, which was launched in 2019, will graduate.

School of Pharmacy alumnus Dr. Mark Conklin, chief technology officer of the Pittsburgh-based startup Free Market Health, will deliver the commencement address.  Provost Dr. David Dausey will confer the degrees.
