April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month

This month is devoted to education, awareness, support of survivors, and creating a campus culture that is empowered to address sexual violence.  SAAM is a time for us to respect and support our community members who have experienced trauma.

SAAM events are open to all students, faculty, and staff, though some content may be directed towards specific members of our community. Regardless of your knowledge base or experience, we encourage you to attend at least one event to learn how you can prevent sexual violence, support the healing process, and advocate for survivors.

Questions about SAAM events can be directed to the Title IX Office at titleixFREEDUQUESNE.
