2023 MPSOM Awards Ceremony

The event has become tradition at the end of each academic year. Students, faculty, and staff gather to celebrate the accomplishments, success stories, and talents that are found throughout our school.

Opening the ceremony, and fresh off their performance at the Pennsylvania Music Educators Asscociation conference in the Poconos, the Duquesne University Saxophone Quartet presented two short works. Following the performance, faculty and staff presented several awards and certificates to the students shown below.

“Each year, Mary Pappert School of Music students outdo themselves," said Dean David Allen Wehr. "Their musicianship, academic achievements, and service to our school continue to be unmatched, and I am confident that they will go on to make tremendous impacts on the lives of the communities they serve.”
