Biography

Amy's current role is the Assistant Director/Training Coordinator . Amy started in August 2019,  and has been with counseling services for 4 years, currently in her 5th year. 

 Amy received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from The University of Delaware; Master of Arts in Special Education (MSEd) from Duquesne University; Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology (MA) from Chatham University; Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from Chatham University.

Amy's key responsabilites include providing counseling services congruent with Counseling Services current model to Duquesne university students; coordinating and continuing to develop the robust training program of doctoral practicum students from various  universities; working with counseling center leadership team to continually assess and adapt services to meet the needs of Duquesne students, staff, and faculty; as a certified Mental Health First Aide (MHFA) instructor, bring MHFA training to university students, staff, and faculty.
