Biography
Ashley is currently a Staff Psychotherapist and has have been at Counseling Services since August 2021.
Ashley has earned my PsyD in Counseling Psychology and MS in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University. She earned her BA in Psychology from La Roche College. She provides individual counseling to students , as well as created and run the Study Skills Seminar.
Ashley is interested in helping students navigate transitions, difficult life experiences, and/or whatever brings them to therapy. She aim's to help clients recognize their strengths and build and develop their own skillset to take with them on their journey to finding peace.
Ashley views therapy as a collaborative conversation and she truly value clients feeling heard and understood. She believes that clients are the experts of their own experiences and stories and she utilizes genuine curiosity to really understand both of these.
