Biography

Joseph is the Informal Resolution Facilitator and Mediator for the Texas A&M University System located at one of the nation's largest university campuses with an enrollment of over 74,000 students, and works under the Title IX and Civil Rights and Equity Investigations Office. He is one of the first to implement this position in the nation. This position mediates and facilitates a remarkably wide range of disputes and calls for creative, out of the box thinking. Part of Joseph's work is assisting industry professional associations in developing an Informal Resolution curriculum under the Title IX Final Rule and guidance to educate other schools on how to implement the Informal Resolution process into their Title IX program.

Joseph holds a J.D. and LL.M. (Real Estate Law) from the University of Illinois at Chicago – (formerly) The John Marshall Law School. He also has been awarded an LL.M. from the top ranked Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, Malibu, California.
