Biography
Joseph Decker was a business litigation and trial attorney for 35 years in California and Pennsylvania before becoming the General Counsel of a Pittsburgh-based digital forensics and e-discovery service provider, consulting with clients and counsel on a wide variety of technical computer forensic, incident response and e-discovery matters. He teaches E-Discovery and Digital Evidence in a “simulation” format at the Duquesne University Kline School of Law and also taught Trade Secret Law there. He is an E-Discovery Special Master for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and is past co-chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Legal Technology and E-Discovery Committee.
