Biography

LeeAnn G. Syme is an adjunct professor at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law where she teaches Estates and Trusts. In addition to her academic role, LeeAnn is an attorney with John W. Giltinan, Esq., P.C. For nearly twenty years, she has focused her practice on Elder Law, Estate and Trust Planning, Special Needs Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, and Guardianships. She also represents fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and other interested parties in Orphans’ Court Litigation.

LeeAnn is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court in the Western District of Pennsylvania. She is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Washington County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Wealth Counsel.

She resides in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Colin, and their two children, Euan and Emma.
