Biography
Mark focuses on ensuring high standards of excellence for distance education courses and programs at Duquesne. He works closely with the Duquesne community to promote online student success. He supports deans and departmental chairs with program development and implementation, as well as faculty with course design and delivery. He is a facilitator for the Foundations in Online Teaching & Learning (FOTL) professional development course. Mark has 20 years' experience in online instruction, faculty development and adult education.
Mark has a thorough understanding of State Authorization of Distance Education (reciprocity agreements through SARA) and other distance learning compliance. Mark has worked at Duquesne since 2005. He earned a M.S. in Leadership degree from Duquesne.
