Biography

Mr. Goodburn earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics with a second major in Mathematics from the University of Richmond in 1991 and a Master of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh in 1995.  Prior to coming to Duquesne full-time, he worked in the private sector as a policy analyst, first with CONSAD Research Corporation and then as a research analyst with the Allegheny Institute for Public Policy.  Mr. Goodburn also worked as a teaching assistant or an adjunct instructor with Duquesne University since 1994 and with Chatham University from 1997 to 2004.
