Biography

Patrick is the Director of the Real Estate Program and Instructor at the Palumbo-Donahue School of Business. He serves as Executive Vice President of Occupier Services for the Colliers office in Pittsburgh, bringing more than 30 years of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) experience to his team’s operations and an extensive history of handling the national real estate requirements of notable regional and corporate clients.

Patrick specializes in local user and national corporate services tenant representation, utilizing a vast working knowledge of the local market to quickly and accurately evaluate a prospective tenant’s needs and options. His widespread connections within the brokerage community enable him to efficiently guide his clients toward their real estate objectives.

Patrick was one of four founding principals at Colliers’ Pittsburgh firm, where he focused on office, industrial, user representation, and played an integral role in overall corporate services. Throughout his tenure in real estate, Mr. Sentner also operated as Executive Vice President within the Advisory & Transactions Services division of CBRE’s occupier services group, as well as Vice President at Oxford Development Company. Patrick also has an extensive history with Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), holding a variety of positions within the organization, including Global President in 2023.
