Biography
Dr. Scott Copley is the Assistant Dean for Recruitment and Enrollment Management at Duquesne University’s School of Nursing. He began his career in the U.S. Army, then worked in public relations before transitioning to higher education, serving as Assistant Director of Student Affairs for Greek Life at Ohio University. In 2002, he joined Duquesne’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions, recruiting students from the N.E. United States. By 2004, he became Director of Admissions and Data Management for Duquesne’s School of Pharmacy, where he played a key role in launching the Weekend Doctor of Pharmacy program and managing student admissions, graduation processes, and ceremonies. In 2017, Dr. Copley became the Director of Admissions for the Duquesne University School of Nursing and was appointed Assistant Dean in 2024.
