Biography
Dr. Susan Snyder is a clinical audiologist with over 35 years of experience in ENT clinics, pediatric rehab centers, and school settings. She has been a Clinical Assistant Professor of Audiology at Duquesne University for 22 years, with prior academic roles at the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Arizona.
Her expertise includes hearing aids, cochlear implants, educational and rehabilitative audiology. She currently specializes in evaluating and treating central auditory processing disorders and providing auditory training and aural rehabilitation for children and adults.
Dr. Snyder has served as Pennsylvania’s Audiology Ambassador for ASHA and as Vice President for Audiology and Hard of Hearing Services for the Pennsylvania Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
