Biography

Veronica is an associate in Reed Smith's Labor and Employment group. Based in Pittsburgh, Veronica has experience in a wide variety of employment-related disputes including litigation involving claims of harassment, retaliation, discrimination, wrongful discharge and breach of contract. In addition, Veronica has experience in general commercial litigation disputes including business and contract litigation. Veronica has experience drafting various motions and briefs, conducting legal research and preparing and responding to discovery. Veronica is also active in the firm’s pro bono practice and is involved the firm’s Women’s Initiative Network.

While in law school, Veronica was actively involved in the legal research and writing department and the Trial Advocacy Program. Veronica was part of the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University’s Trial Team and was the recipient of the CALI award for excellence in “Trial Advocacy.” She also worked as a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistant.
