The annual Won't You Be My Neighbor program, co-hosted by the Center for Catholic Faith and Culture (CCFC) and the Center for Community-Engaged Teaching and Research (CETR), promotes educational and civic opportunities through Duquesne and its community partners.
Faculty and staff are invited to participate in the event on Thursday, April 13, 2023, to learn about Pittsburgh’s own Jasmine Nyree Campus. This multi-service campus and center, founded by former Pittsburgh Steelers player Joey Porter and his family, aims to provide innovative support programs for families in the Sheradon community and beyond, including residential services for children with special needs, early childcare, recreational and educational opportunities, and other human service-related services.
