Food Truck Fridays Return Sept. 6

Sponsored by the auxiliary services department and the Center for Student Involvement, Food Truck Fridays will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Academic Walk every Friday Sept. 6 through Oct. 25.  

Favorites including Nakama, Pgh Crepes, Sinkers & Suds, and Foxy Frans Caribbean Food will be back with new vendors Just Roll’d Up Street Sushi & Poke, Sorta Sandwich/Tacos and Kung Fu Tea joining the lineup.   

University departments and student organizations can promote their organization during Food Truck Friday events.%20Email%20Ashley%20Kane in the Center for Student Involvement to request a table to be set up on Academic Walk.

While subject to change, this is the current fall semester schedule:

• Sept 6: Auntie Anne’s, PittsBurgers, Kona Ice and Kilimanjaro Flavour
• Sept 13: The Roaming Bean, Southside BBQ Company, Millie’s Homemade Ice Cream and Miss Meatball
• Sept 20: Ash & Kris Kitchen Mediterranean, Tocayo, Foxy Frans and Just Roll’d Up Street Sushi & Poke
• Sept 27: Nakama, Tom’s Diner, Miss Meatball and Kung Fu Tea
• Oct 4: The Roaming Bean, Kona Ice, Hoshi and Pittsburgh Pierogi
• Oct 11: MR Bulgogi Korean, Cool Beans, Bado’s Pizza and Pgh Crepes 
• Oct 18: Forlini’s Italian, Sorta, Dos Reyes and Foxy Frans
• Oct 25: Pgh Crepes, Nakama, Sinkers & Suds and The Boonseek (Korean street food).
