The IRS has announced an increase in the annual retirement savings contribution limit for 2025, raising the cap to $23,500—up from $23,000 in 2024. 

While the catch-up contribution limit for those 50 and older remains at $7,500, there is a new, higher catch-up limit of $11,500 for individuals aged 60-63 in 2025.
