Benefits Education Day: Friday, March 21, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Africa Room, Student Union
The in-person educational sessions at this event are designed to provide essential information and help faculty and staff make the most of their benefit plan resources. The event also will include a variety of raffles and giveaways. See you there!
Benefits Fair: Wednesday, April 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Power Center Ballroom
The annual Benefits Fair allows employees the opportunity to meet with benefit providers to explore the available benefit options as well as on-campus resources. Work with a benefits specialist to help you enroll in the best plans for you and your family. Enjoy engaging with your fellow faculty members and staff, enjoy the giveaways, refreshments and enter to win exciting prizes.
Open Enrollment: Monday, April 21, through Friday, May 2
This is the perfect time to review your current benefit selections, explore your options and make your choices for the July 1, 2025, plan year. If you are not enrolling in medical, dental or vision benefits, the University offers a variety of voluntary benefits that may be beneficial to you and your family.
