At my first State of the University Address on Sept. 2, I'll share my vision for Duquesne and discuss how your feedback is helping shape our future.

I truly appreciate the time so many of you took to candidly share your hopes, ideas and concerns during my recent listening sessions.  Your input is already driving important conversations, and the University's leadership team is committed to translating what we heard into meaningful action.

Throughout my first year as president, I will continue providing updates on how your input is helping define priorities, decisions and future direction. Please continue to offer feedback! Even if we’re proud of the way we do something, that doesn’t mean we couldn’t be doing it better. I encourage you to continue sharing your thoughts through the survey available on the President's web page. Your input will continue to guide how we move forward.

I hope to see you at BBQ on the Bluff today! Let’s slow down and take a collective breath – before students arrive and the new semester takes off. Thanks for all you do. You are the reason Duquesne delivers an exceptional experience for our students, every day.

Warm regards,
David
