Extensive renovations to Hogan Dining Hall will begin Monday, April 13, marking the most significant update to the space in nearly 15 years.
Slated to reopen in time for the fall 2026 semester, the revitalized space is shaped by student feedback. It will feature modern lighting, refreshed flooring, new seating and an improved flow throughout the food stations, transforming the space to better reflect how today’s students gather to study, connect and recharge.
To support a seamless transition, expanded dining options will be offered on campus from April 13 through the end of the spring semester. Vegetarian, vegan, allergy-conscious and gluten-free options will continue to be available, and daily food trucks and themed pop ups will be hosted by Duquesne and DU Dining partners. Students will have added flexibility with meal swipes and expanded equivalency options at Moonlit Burgers and the Vibrant Sunshine Juicery Café.
